i bought another Tri-Tip last night. i was just walking by and i saw a tiny section of one hunk poking out. it was way fattier than the rest. the lady lifted the top chunk and we both went, "OOOHHH!". simultaneously. it was kinda funny.
this tri-tip looked marbled like a Kobe beef. (i know it isnt even close)..so i snatched it up. i'm lighting the grill tonight for salmon, i'll grill up the TT for sandos. ![]()
