Wonderful news.

I was looking at the Glass fire perimeter on Google maps and was eye-balling about 4,000 feet from your house.

Winds are 4mph with NE heading per Weather.com which I think is good.

I am glad to hear it.

There were more evacuations here in Northern CO recently as well. Nothing super close to me yet.

Congrats vash! - and BTW be sure NOT to use a leaf blower on that ash; wear an N95 and use a broom or water when you clean up

the movie didnt suck. the actress is a cutie. had Jet Li and Donnie Yen, both kung-fu actors that i like.

is this the first Disney flick that people got killed?
Great news, Vash. Fire owns me.

house is okay. my backyard fence was the line..well the creek behind that fence was the mandatory evac line. unbelievable. my house never actually had to evac. which is insane because i just drove past the blockades to check out fire damage for the State of California and the fire was very close. the fire took a left coming down that hillside and past my neighborhood by about mile, mile and a half.

i have power and my freezer is not full of rotten ocean caught salmon (i forgot the freezer in the great escape), so LIFE IS REALLY GOOD.

i'll keep alert and we are still living in bags. so escape V2.0 will be seamless.

thanks my friends...i felt the good vibes coming from you all. i think you turned the wind.

Fantastic news for you (and by proxy, us). Unfortunate for so many others that weren't as lucky.
