Anyone use Big Swede's Badass Bird Boost rub?
I'm making my usual trip up north for some Salmon fishing and the meal I'm doing is chicken leg 1/4's on the charcoal grill with a few apple wood chunks tossed in for good measure. I was looking at spice rubs and came across Big Swede's Badass Bird Boost and thought I'd give it a try. I'm curious if anyone has used it and how much to put on the 1/4's. I don't want to overpower the meat but I want to make sure the rub comes through nicely along with the apple wood.

No, we just plan dinners. We rarely eat the Salmon when we catch them. We typically wait till we get home so I can put them on the smoker. I plan to catch at least 12... beers... maybe more if the fishin is good, or bad.. I go up to sit on the lake shore sipping a few porters or stouts and smoking a good cigar or two. The fishing is kinda secondary for me.
