Windows were always one thing I typically let my body shop guy take care of…

Got my tires back - very difficult to get just the right ones to work...
Also, new window in. That was a huge pain. -Wayne http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1668377805.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1668377805.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1668377805.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1668377805.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1668377805.jpg |

Those wheels in England might not be correct but I wonder if they would fit under those fenders…

Magnesium alloy wheels, sexy.
Still look like Campy wheels I saw on a Lancia one time, that were also gorgeous. |

Non-original upgrade today. I got some labels for the switches and stuck them on with some double-sided, tape, etc. All removable, but makes it look almost like a real car now!

Real car for the win!
Love the Tank Left/Tank Right switch, talk about a non-standard feature. |
When I was a kid, living in Singapore 50 years ago, my dad had a Rover 3500. I remember it had lots of cool switches on the center console, including one for selecting the reserve fuel tank, which I thought was Uber cool. Seemed very James Bond-like, to a kid.
It has a cassette player, too so I could play the two cassette tapes that I owned. Beatles Abbey Road and The Who, Live at Leeds. |
My Morning Mental Mashup:
Alex and the Droogs in the Adams Probe listening to "Young Man's Blues" from Live at Leeds. |
Cool deal, indeed, these are labels that were made by a Rover parts guy in the UK...

Looked at your new web site and found this:
Rescued from from obscurity, Wayne Dempsey discovered the true history of chassis 106b and set out on a multi-year restoration to resurrect this historic race car. Bad habit of mine. Like seeing the progress here on the Adams Probe. |
