I have Cox Cable with what they call the Gigablast service. It is not really 1Gbps but I average 900 to 890 Mbps download and 35 upload.
AT&T has their DSL service but it can't do the 1 gig speed. In theory either provide has fiber available, but the price to have fiber brought in is silly high.
