No, that would have been tear out what you have and build back a proper road. It's needs to be raised up, bar ditches that will actually drain somewhere placed on both sides, a decent base with good compaction and a little crown in the middle. Etc.
See Seahawk's road for an example of one done right.
Then, you need to plan to keep it up. That means periodic regrading and having some material onsite to add to it from time to time.
Seahawk's road looks good and works good because Seahawk keeps working it.
