need help finding an item, i dont know the name of it.

it is like a bench. aluminum. about a 4-5 foot long bench. it has fold up legs and it is used (i think) by house painters. it is essentially a single level tiny bit of scaffolding.

i cant even google it because i dont know what it is called. i want it to help me wash my truck. the single step ladder needs to be moved too often. i want to kinda walk a plank. so i can move to and fro when i wash the roof of my truck.

Just don't loan it to your plasterer or painter. Our two are covered with that crap. Yep, handy to have around. If you can get the one with the fiberglass legs instead of the alum. Much better built also more money.

Don't know exactly why but this model has a certain appeal.

The one like Scott Douglas posted is very strong.

Legs lock and you can position it so you can stand on the very end of the platform and lean over into a lifted Chevy truck and reach a 350 distributor.

I've got two of them - purchased from Northern Tool & Supply. They've got several models to choose from in price range of $25 - $35 - uo to $80 depending on size, height and weight capacity.
