Let's come up with some good names for their product. How about Chateau Neuf de Poop?

Back in the late 70s and early 80s our local PCA region had a lot of wine and cheese events. I just have never had a single sip of wine that I liked, it is all just nasty to me. I prefer beer.
Anyway at one event everyone was to bring their favorite wine. There were all sorts of fancy wines from all over the world. And then the bottle I brought. From Okarche, Oklahoma. It cost me $4.25. It was as good (bad) as any of the other wines there. The oil boom went bust, and the wine and cheese members all went away and we were back to beer and brats. Lots better.

"It's legal to make limited amounts of wine at home in Alabama, but it's illegal to have more than 15 gallons of homemade wine or beer at a time. Police photos show multiple fermenting vessels filled with what appears to be more than 100 gallons of white and red liquid."
This might be a technicality, but at what point does a jug of red liquid become "wine?" IOW, how much of the 100 gallons had developed a beer or wine level of alcohol? Having said that, I don't think I would be interested in Sewage Plant wine.

I hear the Alabama Red (neck) used to be the most common.

Maybe he was making ethanol for hand sanitizer.
That’s the line I would take.
