Need Some Tax Advice for State of WA
Can someone DM me if you are a tax consultant or mortgage finance officer in the state of Washington. I have a few questions regarding payroll deductions.

Not a tax expert and/or accountant. But I do believe research will reveal that Washington State has no state income tax. They have high sales & property taxes and also high license fees.
So, your question regarding payroll deductions confuses me...
