^^^ Agree.....surprised that Chinese bike is still running after what she put it through.
(I'm guessing Chinese...did they ever say what it is?)

Never heard her say what the bike is. Thy make a lot of different bikes in India. Royal Enfield,, Triumph, BSA and Norton among the Indian brands.

Yemen is pretty intense. I can hardly believe she is riding there, but I could hardly believe she rode the entire west coast of Africa as well. More raw courage than 99% of Pelicans I suspect.

Spoiler....

Today's episode....A 62 year old man born in a cave on Socotra. Has lived his entire life in the same cave and speaks excellent English!

How can that be? (I think he said he has 15 kids)

I was thinking the same. He got educated somewhere. I still think she needs to get out of Yemen.

I heard on the news that India bombed Yemen yesterday.:eek:

Pakistan....I'll need to look at a map.

I found this...
The U.S. began bombing Houthi targets in Yemen on March 15, 2025, as part of Operation Rough Rider. The strikes are intended to target Houthi military capabilities, including radar systems, air defenses, and launch sites for ballistic missiles and drones. The operation has continued since then.

And she's on her way to Japan on the next episode.
Should be good.

I am looking forward to Japan. I wonder how long she will be off signing books.

Billiam 911 2.8 05-25-2025 01:24 PM

She needs to find a way to get invited to DOD's Signal chat so she knows when and where the bombing is; glad she is going to Japan. It should be breathtaking.

I was following her then a few episodes ago when she was talking about her next adventure, she got political and all bashing the U.S. saying it was to dangerous to travel in the states and her plans have changed.
Sorry, I’m out. Stick to riding and telling the story. Nice knowing ya.

Her passport has been stamped in most of the middle east and African countries. That could make it hard to even get into the U.S. . I could see how that could seem dangerous for her.

This idea that if you've been in certain countries, you'll be detained or questioned when entering the US is a bit overblown. For sure, I think its happened to some people, but overall is not the norm.

I've recently been in Ukraine, Iraq, (tried to get into Syria but was refused) and some other sketchy countries and have entered the US with no questions asked. Yes, I realize that I'm a US citizen.

JackDidley 06-08-2025 03:27 PM

Eva Zu Beck, another European Youtuber was detained for four hours last year when coming into the U.S. and I doubt things are getting easier with the current situation. I wouldnt risk it .
