I thought so also. I never expected her to ride England.

Things are getting a little sporty right now in the Middle East and her book was just released. She wisely pivoted and went to the UK to ride, tour, and do some book signings.

90 degrees here today...good chance to start reading 'Free Ride'.
Read the jacket and the first chapter. She reveals her reason for starting her journey and expresses her fears when she gets in a bind on her first trip. The YT videos don't show her emotions...the book does.

I'm only 20 pages in and it's very captivating.

I'm surprised they didn't break something with her cable lock on.
It could have ended up a lot worse.

She says in her book that when she purchased 'Basanti', a Royal Enfield bike, she had never rode a bike off-road before. :eek:

She was in India at that time and rode it through the mountains of India to Malaysia.

She owned a Ducati Monster before this...but never off paved roads.

A good way to learn.

I watched a few episodes because a friend recommended the show as well as the group here.
I'm finding it's the same thing over and over again.

In 8 seasons of travel, she has covered almost every country in the world. It's amazing that she is still alive and healthy after some of her routes.
I think I've seen every one of her episodes...and never was bored. I just wonder how she can sit on that bike every day/all day long with no complaints. :D

New episode yesterday...traveling through Scotland. I never knew it was that mountainous.

I wonder where/when she is headed next.
