LOL I've seen that. I was impressed. At the time I thought maybe the lady had a 60 second lunch break. Nathan Street area of Hong Kong.

Speaking of titanium, I was perfectly fine with my $10 walmart dot com titanium wedding ring (I bought 3 different rings before I found one that fit and looked just right) but my wife didn't think a $10 ring showed proper devotion to our marriage so she bought me a custom titanium with white gold inlaid ring. Apparently we have different priorities.

I also have a titanium brick that I've never found anything worthy of machining from it.

Happy Birthday.

It's nice when they want us to have nice things though.

How about a pterodactyl?

Yes, yes, machining and origami are pretty much mutually exclusive. I never claimed to be a comedian.

At least soup you can drink if there are no utensils.

Why aren't the metal chopsticks hollow? After drinking the broth, use the CS to eat the solids. I've seen some CS users pick up what amounts to a flea.

Oh, I see Steve's are hollow.

After my right hand became mostly useless I had to learn to do everything as a south paw. Chop sticks were bit of a challenge, and I too prefer a rougher texture to help me along. When I'm having trouble I just stick to foods I can stab!

I had planned to order the solid, but then I read that the solid were .25" and the hollow were .33". The chopsticks that I'm used to are .33", so I ordered the hollow.

I'll probably steam a few gyoza tonight and test them out!

Wow, yeah, I'm not Ambi-anything (well, I guess I can use a spoon reasonably well with either hand). Having to learn to be a lefty would be a chore. I assume the more you do, the more dexterity you gain and the better you become. I can see chopsticks being way up the list of difficult to master with the other hand.

Break your dominant wrist and you’d be surprised how many things you get used to doing with the other hand.

It took awhile but our brains are remarkably versatile.

I still use my left hand for some things that I formerly did with my right. I wouldn’t call myself ambidextrous, just an equal opportunity employer.
