I don't use them for actual professional learning, but, instead, got them to deal with my wife. :) Don't tell her that! I listen to them in the car on commutes. Cheap (compared to most CE courses), and they actually are accredited, so I do turn them in for bonus points.
Some of the titles are cheesy, but there is some good stuff intertwined. The nuggets are worthwhile. The anxiety one is the third one in. I need to go see what new stuff they have churned out lately. Certainly cheaper than paying a therapist! :)

Same here. Just the logistics of panning for gold was beyond my threshold of "is it worth it or not" and the answer was NO!

Mentally go through the physical process of looking for the crown, and then the clean up! The clean up process was more than I wanted to deal with. I took a quick cursory look and it ain't in sight, so flush.
