Impressive...but the poses seem random, lopsided, repeated, and are not labeled.
Is there supposed to be a specific order?

(errrr maybe I missed the point)

I think yoga positions are the last thing anyone is wondering about when watching the video. Heck, do you think over 4 million people were wondering how to throw a cast net while viewing this video?

That's actually how I knew that it is a real morning routine, not just a chick trying to get youtube hits (it just so happens that she's demonstrating yoga AND trying to get youtube hits).
Most yoga is like that. various poses, often repeated, sometimes 2-3 times towards the beginning and then again towards the end. There's often a series called "sun salutations" where you stand up, then bend over, lunge, plank, up-dog, down dog, stand up, bend over, stand up.

This is often repeated a few times in a row, and may be repeated a couple/few times throughout the session.

Or dad. [edit: it's a black dude]
13 or 30 one thing is for sure: None of us are going to be tapping that.

The box of purple carefresh is bedding for hamsters or rabbits.
A very ornate ceiling but in smaller house or near ground level condo it looks like.
And they do have a Cadillac SUV in perfect condition.

Back in the early days of cable TV, back when MTV played music videos, their was a channel that was 24/7 - 365 of nothing but women exercising dressed in tights. REALLY!

There were only a few channels and they were desperate for any programming. From what I understand there was only a few hours of fresh programming and it just repeated over and over but no one ever cared.
