This is a though one, and Google reverse image search did not return anything.
Looks like a modernized Jensen Interceptor to me, with the back of a 944 and the front of a Saab…

Definitely an SM body hidden under that. Who knows what it’s powered by. Headlamps are from a recent Dodge RT minivan.
