"Manners Can be Fun" by Munro Leaf
Anyone ever read this book? Greatest book on manners ever!
We had it growing up in the 60's....and to this day.....I remember some of the lessons as depicted by the very effective illustrations.   I just bought one on eBay - there are many on there, in case you're interested.
