Another personal attack. My that goes well with a large helping of “virtue signaling.” Like peas and carrots or biscuits and gravy. Webb had his faults but he did have a sense of humor,…I can’t see him disapproving a bit of levity. Not so sure about the other nonsense.

Because I pointed out the obvious? Guys that use poor Webb's death as an excuse to take shots at people you have old beefs with is pretty low. Me? I am never a victim...but I sure get a kick out of the self-proclaimed victims lining up here to assure us they are better than the rest of us because they really, really, really care about a guy they never met or bothered to meet...and only noticed he died because it was noted in PARF. A place/group that they condemn relentlessly.

Funny how folks that whine incessantly about others who post here and always work so hard to assure us (and themselves) just what good people they are...are the first to take that cheap shot, make that personal attack, or call folks names. If you have to keep making the case that you are virtuous, you probably are the only one who really thinks so...and likely you have great doubts.

I think Randy Webb will be remembered for the Church of Light Weight documentation as much as anything else.

Just another cheap shot from someone that has nothing else to add (unlike Webb). No drama around me...I can take it as well as dish it out. I just don't try start with the false pretense that I am virtuous and then take a cheap shot in the next sentence.

I well remember when Webb was banned for perpetutity and although we agreed about nothing and often engaged in rousing debate, I campaigned pretty hard to get Pelican to let him come back. Both to his peers and moderators...and I have done the same for others that have not necessarily agreed with my positions on many things (drawing the ire of those that do). Guys like you would never do that...unless the person held relatively the same political viewpoint (immutably far left) as you which really limits their ability to add anything to the forum. Even then, it would be tepid, so as not to potentially ruffle feathers of your little "pile on" posse. The term for that is integrity. It gives one the ability to say and do what they think is right regardless of consequence. Look it up in the dictionary. Try it. You will feel the bigger man for it. Beats "virtue signaling" simpery every time.

Seems to me that the guy had a long and reasonably productive life. Like him or not, that is something to be celebrated. I really don't understand the querulous mewling from the invertebrate crowd...other than the obvious intent to settle scores (and they fail at that because their intent is just a bit too hard to disguise).
