This has gotta be entertaining - Red Notice - Netflix

I'm not sure how they could go wrong with Ryan Reynolds, Dwayne Johnson, and Gal Gadot.

Yep, and the personality that you see in movies or interviews just enhances her appearance by double.

Yes, she strikes me as sharp as a tack. That is her most attractive trait.

Mom always said, "Eventually you have to get out of bed and talk to them."

Watched it last night. The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
There is some brief P-car content 13 minutes in.
Supposedly the Rock had issues fitting in the car.

Saw it a couple days ago. I thought it was just OK. I had high expectations though, those are 3 of my favorite actors.

Pretty terrible.
It’s the same scene over and over again.
Get captured at gunpoint. “Witty” banter. Escape, chase (on foot, by car, helicopter etc), gunfire, explosions, finally get away.
That literally happens 6-10 times (felt like even more).
I like Ryan Reynolds ok, but his lines (not his fault) got annoying quickly.
Blah.

It sounds like you need to embrace your inner 10 year old.

We watched it last weekend and it was OK. I like Ryan Reynolds (and his wife too!), but his line delivery seems to be the same in every movie.

Haha, it’s not so much that, it’s just that I’ve seen the formula so many times, don’t really need to see it many more times.

The basic theme is even well worn, everyone chasing after an object (a la Raiders of the Lost Ark), it switches hands between good guys and bad, bunch of running around etc.

I did think it was well made, filmed well, good special effects, did have some funny moments. I still can’t quite figure out if they were trying to be satirical with some of the over-the-top escape shanigans and special effects. (I think so).

It seemed like a kids movie, I stopped paying attention about a half hour in.

My 10 year old liked it.
Cheaper than the movies, so it passed on all counts for me.

The reason Squid Games was so successful is that people are tired of seeing the Rock, Ryan Reynolds and the actors cast over and over.

There is so much talent both in acting and scripts well beyond the shallow fence lines of Hollywood.

I couldn't finish watching this. It is like a bad mash up of different better movies. Not on my recommended list.

I will surely check it out....one that I won't is the new Ghostbusters. Looks entirely stupid.

As with all of Dwayne's movies it was not a serious effort. More of a guilty pleasure vacation from reality.

I can appreciate his stuff for that very reason.

But it was some half assed work on the part of just about everyone.
