Yes, punch cards. You certainly checked your coding for errors before the punch cards got made up.

I bought one as well, a Teeter which works pretty well.

I would use it every day except...the heavy foot-lock controls are down below.
If I'm in that much pain, I don't want to bend over twice to fiddle with them.

I bought one after using my dad's a few times after tweeking my back. Mine has boot thingys that require bending over, his had two roller thingys that you simply slipped your ankles in between. Mebbe investigate a different foot attachment? I've never used mine much over 20 years .... but sure appreciate one when needed .... good luck!

^^^
I just looked up the Teeter beds on Amazon.
They look similar to my Innova...but better quality. When I first set mine up...it was fun trying to get the balance point.

It's easy to deny your age until something goes wrong. I was raking leaves today on the hill in my backyard. I slipped on leaves, tweaked my knee on the way down the hill, rolled into the pond and had to yell for help. That's right I'd fallen and couldn't get up. Fortunately my 20 sumthin' neighbor was on his side of the hill and got me out of the water before too long. We'll see how long my knee aches. For now it's ice and whiskey.

I'm thinking about lying about my age upwards. So people say "75. OMG, you only look about 62."
