my wife worked late into the evening last night, so i watched MATRIX resurrection.
first off, i am a huge fan of the cutie Jessica Henwick. so there is that.
but the movie? i might need to re -watch it. there was very little of the matrix style of fighing..slo-mo, deep back bends, etc. just the garden variety back flips and stuff. the movie was okay. Trinity, didnt have to do anything to "get her groove back"..she looked awesome.

I watched it today. HBO Max.
I am really glad I did not drive to a theater and pay the cost of a seat, popcorn and a drink to see it. It was OK, and some cool computer graphics, but it was not a great movie.

Truthfully, I can't even say it's unenjoyable because I spent so much of its overly long runtime giggling over how jaw-droppingly misguided the majority of it is.
