didnt read all the replies.

i have minieries. basically i get dizzy, violently dizzy that i would sweat profusely and throw up.
i new SOMETHING was triggering it.

i had to cut everything out that i ate until i figured out it was caffeine.

your other option is what my wife did.
go to a GOOD allergist. not one that sticks you with multiple things at once.
she went to one that spent three days testing her ONE thing at a time.
it was very thorough. she is much better
my girlfriend went to one with her son that sticks you with multiple things at once and both are NO better off now than when they started.
