The most expensive or largest thing you ever sent back to Amazon?
Just sent back some audio equipment that I decided wasn't right. A decent amount of money and a fairly good sized box. In order to ship it back for free I had to take it to one of the Whole Food locations a fair drive away; not the one in my neighborhood that I usually use for returns .
Got me thinking, I guess Amazon will take back anything, and they sell bathtubs and refrigerators, among other things, so what's the biggest thing you ever returned to them, and was it a hassle?

Largest price and largest item was a $800 dollar telescope. It was an exchange. . . overall a pretty easy process.

I purchased a dvd. Supposedly new. But clearly used, scratched, and unusable. To express my displeasure, I returned it, but filled the bubble wrapped envelope with the dvd, but wait there's more! I included complementary steaming dog chit from a random (don't ask). Bezos was not pleased....

About a year or so ago I returned a large (10'x20') storage tent/enclosure:
Abba Patio Carport Heavy Duty Carport with Removable Sidewalls & Doors Portable Garage Extra Large Car Canopy for Auto, Boat, Party, Wedding, Market stall, 10 x 20 ft with 8 Legs, Dark Grey ~$350.00 and ~130 lbs. It was late at night when I ordered it and I guess I wasn't thinking about that 20' length being a problem where I had in mind to use it. The next morning I did a measurement and decided it would be too big so tried to cancel. It wouldn't let me saying it was already in ship-mode. Funny thing is the expected date of arrival was over a week away yet so no way had it been shipped already. So I went ahead and let it arrive. I left it in it's original container and then did my return. Because of the weight (I guess) they wanted to charge me shipping (UPS is who picked it up). I called and the CSR took off the charge and the rest was history. I kept it on a hand dolly so when the courier arrived I just rolled it up to the back of his truck, tilted it over, and in.

I usually let stuff sit around for a long enough time that my wife asks if I'm keeping it or it needs to be returned. If the latter, then she just does it because she knows I'm avoiding the task.
Currently I'm hoping she picks up on the package containing an IWB holster that was delivered for wrong side.

I just returned a Sawzall. Asked for a return, got a QR code and returned it to the pick- up/return location. I packed it up in the original Amazon box.
I go to the store and ask for help. Was told scan the QR code and wait for the a door to open (was of wall of doors). Put the item in and close the door. No one looked at anything. The return was acknowledged immediately on my account. Amazon does tours of their warehouses but since the pandemic, they are virtual. It is a easy sign up - it is an hour long. Is is an interesting warehouse model.

I've never returned anything. Wife, on the other hand, has made many returns. She seems pleased with their process. Largest thing I've BOUGHT from Amazon was a solid wood and marble 2-sink vanity for my upstairs bathroom remodel. Took about a month to come in, but free delivery. Had to hire a moving company to help me get it up the stairs, though...3 of them + me and it was still a struggle.
