It's a little over an acre of grass. I can do the whole thing in an hour, but I have that white fence that you see on three sides of my land. Mowing close to each post and on both sides adds about a half hour to the job. Then the trimming is extra.

One thing I really like about our area...the sun rises at 6am and it's still very light out at 10pm during the summer.

That was good. Usually it's a bit windy around here (Wellington NZ) but this summer wasn't windy at all. Warm sea temperatures too.
