If the ice cream is REALLY cold, then the head from the Guinness can freeze around the ice cream like that old "magic shell" stuff.

^^^ The store I bought these at, was out of stock of Extra Stout.
I'll try again this weekend. My first thought was that the pull tab had broken off and was rattling in the can.
