Stinger Turbo, what say we?

File this under, Damn! Korean cars have sure made improvements in leaps and bounds!

I had a Genesis G70 as a loaner (sister car to the Kia Stinger) while my Alfa was waiting for parts. The fit and finish, quality of materials, and the way it drove really impressed me! Dare I say BMWesque?

When I got my Audi RS3, I was looking at the Stinger too. The Stinger is quite the car and the price is amazing. Somewhere around $55K for AWD fully loaded. Kia really out did themselves with that one.

With a name like Stinger...it had to be good. With even a slight Achilles heel, it would have been branded “Stinker” for all eternity!

Every time I see one of those around--and they seem to be surprisingly uncommon, even here in car-jaded LA--they always seem to be driven by a Justin Bieber wannabe. The kid across the street also "borrowed" one from a bro for awhile. Grilled bashed in and held together with baling wire and duct tape. I know that's in no way pertinent to the quality of the vehicle, but it still leaves somewhat of a bad taste in my mouth, from the perspective of a prospective buyer.

Raiti is ok, you just have to put up with his schtick about food in storage cubbies. DeMuro on the other hand has a grating voice. He reminds me of Screech.

I'd love to get a Stinger GT2 but they're just not getting any cheaper.
