F1 Austin
Anyone going?
I'm thinking about going Friday only but can't get away until around noon. Looks like some tickets available at Turn 1 for $40. My concern in parking. Friday only is $75 but is sold out. The only other option they show on web site is going to F'n Austin and taking a shuttle back. That is out of the way for me and with FP2 ending at 6:30, I really don't fancy going back to Austin just to get my car. COTA is between me and Austin. Any other options?

Parking is sold out??? On Friday???
Is that for just the main lots? When I went in... well it was 2013 so a while ago, there were overflow lots all over for cheap that had shuttles (old school buses) to the circuit. Are they not doing overflow and shuttles for practice and quali? That's what happens at the MotopGP. Hard to imagine F1 selling out in the USA.

Thanks David. That link may just do the trick.
I've heard in the past that there are private folks that do space out farm lots. I just don't want to drive over there just to be skunked.

The shuttle out and parking in general was a major cluster%#^k last year. I used uber to get to the track and that worked well.
I hope your experience is a good one.
