I've long been lusting to buy a Mustang

No really, I have, Paul was right.

They are well made, durable, extremely practical.
extensive use of Stainless steel

There was a pre black friday promo, and got one for half price
The kind that does not plow into crowds, cause the caster wheels got stops built in :

made in Finland, Just like my Cayman, so you know it will be built to last..

It is funny that millions of people are totally fine with eating cows and chickens, and get all emotional at the thought of eating a horse. Horses are pretty animals, and cows are not.

https://spca-sofla.org/horse-slaughter-in-oklahoma-legal-under-new-law/

In Oklahoma there was a ban on horse slaughter for many years due to the horse lobby. People with old or injured horses that were really expensive to keep had no option but ship them to another state to be slaughtered. It is not practical to dig a BIG ol' hole and bury them as they can contaminate ground water.

I've been raised owning horses, I love horses
I've eaten horsemeat and horse saucages..
I think cows are cute
They are really fun in the fields when you walk by and they are giddy and follow you by the fence
The main thing is: cow is much tastier meat then horse
And its a lot harder to ride em and do jumpings with.

So we eat cow and ride horses, just makes sense.
I'll Grill on a Mustang, I'll fly a North American Mustang

But the one thing I just will never ever do, is drive a gawd damn Ferd Mustaaang.
I'de rather cut off one of my nuts with rusty garden sheers

the Grill hasn't arrived yet, but I'm already thinking how I can mod it.

Mod 1
I'm thinking to cut the old Round Cast Iron 44 cm Barbecook coal bucket So it fits inside this square , fire pit
since I don't really need that much surface most of the time. and protect the Mustang fire pit, and last longer..

Mod 2
So I'll have extra space by the side of the cast round, fire pit
to put in a Stainless steel rectactular bucket as a Rechaud / bain marie,
not sure what you guys call that hot water to heat things without over cooking em (warm sauces or potatoes as sides to the meat.)..

Mod 3
am thinking to do something with a Bi-Metal coil spring, like they use on greenhouse roof windows
So when it gets hot, it automatically raises the grill up
and as the coals cool down.. it raises the grill down by itself.

Mod 4
electric powered rotisserie for either Chicken or Sausages and Kebabs.
No more burnt sausages when theres a lot of people and once food is served, you chuck on the remainder on the rotisserie so it keeps warm without burning
and the heat coil adjustment does the rest, leaving the mustang for anybody who needs seconds, self serve.

Mod 5
Stainless steel back plate to prevent grease splatters ,keep heat in , wind out

This thing has epic possibilities
I only paid 220 bucks for it at half price, and gonna pimp it to a real hot rod!

my Cayman does 166mph
I had some rpm's left but then 100kph bus overtook a 90 kph truck
Which prompted me to initiate a brake verification test program

It arrived, cows near by are mooo-ing from a far, they are lining up for a chance to get grill marks on this here mofo da mofows.

And the included caster wheels, not to be funny but they are not the cheapo chicom aliexpress kind.. They are Finnish Quality, like my Cayman.. They roll so smooth, I bet you could actually get em to 166MPH and they would track with the slightest hint of wobble.

Got the old cast iron bucket from the old barbecook bbq in there since I don't need the full size all the time , that will give me a better , more effective heat in the center without having to waste to much coal or wood for a small serving.

will have some ribs, slab of cow and turkey skewers to break it in..

Thx Paul for egging me on all these years, You were right all a long, I needed this... I am complete now
