We have some super eight film somewhere from the late 60s through 70s of us growing up and doing stuff. A lot of 35 mm slides also. |

I had eight, two-hour, VHS tapes from the early 1980's thru about 2000 transferred to digital thumb drives this past summer. ($25 per tape). Gave them to the kids, now age 41 & 42, for Christmas. They had never seen this stuff before and their kids were amazed to see mom & dad at their age. Best Christmas present ever, to see long deceased greats, friends & neighbors talking and in color.

https://youtu.be/dtrJ6KJ3NV4 When I watch it on my cell phone it is just amazing quality considering it is 72 year old. It then goes to my brother's first birthday. I have no idea who the other kids and parents are. I suspect just neighbors and some of my dad's fellow officers kids. That would be in 1953, and before I was born.
