So sorry for your loss. Pets become more than just pets, they are family members and we grieve when they are no longer with us. I know what you are going through. Admittedly, I cried for months after Bentley passed away, still get a little emotional sometimes when thinking about him and it has been over 2 years now.
My condolences to you and your family. ![]() Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Damn man, sorry. Sometimes it doesn’t seem fair that the best friends we have live the shortest. …but I’m sure he lived his best life with you, hold on to that.

The pain is excruciating...but the joy along the way makes it worth it. So sorry for your loss.

Thanks all for the kind comments. We know the pain all to well. We have had many dogs and cats over the years. K.C.'s passing has been the hardest. You never want to lose a pet you love...never. Unfortunately, that isn't the way it works. He was a big (90lbs) , goofy, loveable dog who wanted nothing more than a loving family....and treats. He was large and intimidating for anyone who got near our property, but in truth he wouldn't hurt a fly. He snuggled on the floor with our cats and kittens, just a big furry uncle to them. I guess that is where so much of the anguish comes from. There was just so much love and happiness in him that it affected you right to the core.
He was a very special soul and I miss him terribly. Thanks again for all the kind comments....it is time to take the other 2 dogs out to the park for their big walk of the day.
