I’ve run marathons. IMHO After you train for months and the day finally comes and you’ve just run 26.2 miles as fast as you can, it’s OK to ignore your kids for a minute or two.

^^^ I was 9 years old when it happened. I remember watching it on the news every night, but it wasn't such a big thing to us in MI. I guess we figured we were far enough away from being a target.
