I'm a man of constant sorrow...anyone else?

Two types.

I wish I knew how to imbed the video itself.

I met Jimmy when working at an Independent BMW shop in Charlottesville, Va. He brought his wife's Boxter in for work. He also was good friends with the owner, they attended high-school together

Nope, not me at all.

I wake up and usually bond out of bed, happy and refreshed, ready to get going.
Shower and other bathroom things done, dressed and get the day started. Feed the dogs, feed myself and start my day.

My wife is a total non morning person, and 31 years ago I learned do not even try to talk to her until she is up and has eaten her cereal, and even then wait for her to say something first.

I have certainly had some sad days when a friend, relative or a pet dies. I have never been depressed, and honestly do not even understand depression.

As a teenager I learned that in most situations one has a choice of crying about a problem, or laughing at it. I just laugh, and I feel better about it. I figure out the solution, and move on through life. The other day I was helping a friend with his computer problems. We had all they typical issues, and he was cussing and getting mad. I just laughed it off, and chalked it off to the typical issues computers always have. I left feeling upbeat and the computer problem was fixed. He was still upset it took all day to fix an issue that should have been an hour to fix.

I'll let you guys decide. Is this constant sorrow or enduring triumph?

People ask me: "how's it going?"

I respond: "never better now that I've given up hope!"

(Jerry Douglas on the resonator is what makes that Union Station version of "Constant Sorrow" above the best version ever. Dan Tyminsky is great, too)
