Coconut water.
Who else drinks it?
I drink lots of it. VERY good if you have had a bit too much alcohol the night before. It's not full of sugars and contains electrolytes. If I'm working in the sun and heat instead of drinking litres of water I have some coconut water and I feel hydrated. Straight out of a coconut is nice, but it really does taste much the same out of a tetrapk. |

I like it. Depends. Some taste better than others. But it's nice to have something other than plain water sometimes. Nice to have a little flavor. And the electrolytes and whatnot can be a benefit over a long day of work where you're otherwise neglecting proper food and drink.

It has a rather profound impact on the clearance rate of my intestines. So, no.

I drink lots of it and especially like it when I go for long bike rides, that's the only stuff I drink vs the over-the-counter energy drinks.

Goya from Aldi is pretty good. Very sweet though and a can is two servings. Has small chunks. I use it for curry as well.
Tried other brands which didn't taste quite right. Good hangover helper, full of potassium like bananas, but portable, longer shelf life, and has other good stuff.

...and for a slightly different flavor with some of the same benefits is 'maple water'! We moved to Michigan's Upper Peninsula a couple of years ago and our property is full of sugar maple trees. I have been making maple syrup in the previous two winter/spring seasons and, out of curiosity, looked into 'can maple sap be safely consumed' during my first syruping season and saw there are lots of recipes for using maple sap - it goes great with whiskey and rum. However, drinking 'maple sap' similar to what Bill Douglas originally stated when he started this post with 'coconut water' (i.e., by itself with no mixing or additives), 'maple water' is also great and curative - https://health.clevelandclinic.org/benefits-of-maple-water/

I drink it sometimes...I like the coconut flavor.
Have never found it to help with a hang-over though. ![]()

Well I hate to be the barer of bad news but it should be called WATER MADE FROM COCONUTS! In 1978 another Navy chief and I spent 2 hours or more with our Buck Knives removing all the hairy stuff then finally cutting a hole in that little beast! So I let my buddy Bud take the first sip.......he nearly puked so I took aa sip....it tasted like some of the bad water I had drank in Subic! Sooooo we repeated and same result!
This was NOT at Vons or Costco but the little island of Diego Garcia and they have lots of coconuts so..... John |

This. It is a wonderful laxative for most people. At least real coconut milk from the coconut.

John, they have to be baby coconuts. Not nasty old ones that have gone sour. I've just come back from Rarotonga and the coconuts were slightly out of season or something - so not the best. And don't confuse coconut water with coconut milk, and cocnut cream is something else too. Fact for today: One of the most comon causes of death is being smacked over the head by a coconut. Disclaimer: When I say coconuts being dangerous I don't mean us boys in the South Pacific, I mean the fruit dropping out of trees. |

Coconut water.
Mrs. Bugs n I drink a bit of it ourselves. Never has cause the “max exodus” others have experienced though.
Our main go to is what Costco sells, in both the large and small containers. Just depends what our activity calls for. Very reasonable price compared to other brands and does not have that super sweet taste and is mild in my opinion. We always stick up when in vacation since it’s a great grab n go in addition to water. Cheers ![]() ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

there is about a 20min stopwatch that clicks when I drink coconut water. Better be near a toilet when it chimes.
Is a shame because when my wife puts a ton of it in vietnamese beef stew it tastes amazing. Almost worth the consequences

My daughter uses it when she makes curry.
I always find it to be interesting that a vegetable or fruit product that is 100% that product and the label says "organic". Umm, aren't all plants "organic". I'm confused. ![]() Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

This is how it's supposed to be...but hard to prove if not.
Organic food is grown without the use of synthetic chemicals, such as human-made pesticides and fertilizers, and does not contain genetically modified organisms ...

Growing up in a part of the country where coconut trees are plenty, I've had them fresh off the tree, and used the inner shell to scrape the young coconut "meat" (endosperm?).
Moving to the city I stopped having fresh coconut juice, except for the rare occasion when a restaurant serves them. Then it was hyped in the late 2000's, early 10's as some miracle drink and a lot of brands sprung up with diluted coconut water and sugared coconut water. Now I just get a few cans for free from the office. ![]() |

In a pinch, you can use water from a coconut as a replacement for plasma.
