Your pet have any weird likes?

My dog loves fresh shrimp chips, so I always have to fry up a batch for her, and she loves coffee candy. She also loves fresh sashimi.

You guys have pets that love weird stuff?

My cat likes eating bread. Fussy about steak but goes nuts over bread.

Edit: He likes the good stuff, proper bakery bread. All warm and yeasty. Not that factory made rubbish LOL

My old cat loved mayo.

Mayo???

Now THAT'S really odd LOL

She would jump on the counter and lick the spoon after I finished making a sando.

My dog loves broccoli

Yeah, one of our dogs thinks she is in doggie heaven when we toss her a chunk of broccoli stalk. The vet says her teeth are very clean. The other dog goes crazy for apple pieces.

Best
Les

If we cook broccoli, he will just stare at you after dinner until he gets his broccoli.

But weird? That would be lettuce. He eats salad.

To be fair - our dog will eat almost anything, except spinach. Hard to say if there's a preference.

Carrots maybe - but she also ate some drywall so....

Our dogs both will go outside to find a long dead dried leaf, and much that down. I can't imagine a old dried Bradford pear tree leaf tastes that great but I have never tried one. They like them extra crunchy and dry.

I've seen several videos with these two. The videos are pretty well done and funny. The one dog will eat anything, and the other is not interested in produce one bit.

One cat will eat through the bag to nibble on bread.
The other one walks around sniffing and licking the floor finding imaginary dust bunnies.

Our Basset Hound eagerly consumes the poo from our other dogs if we don’t get it tossed out before he finds it. Just disgusting. Vet says it’s a very common hound thing…nothing will stop it.

I've seen/known lots of dogs over the years that ate poo. Nothing unusual about it.

My cat only eats wet food if it's turned into stew.

My wife talks about her old dachshund she had when she was growing up that ate anything.

She was picking tomatoes in the back yard and the dog was eating the tomatoes almost as fast as she could pick them. They had a friend give them a summer squash and they put it in the garage. The dachshund found it, and ate the entire thing except the stem.

They were eating nachos and a slice of jalapeno pepper hit the floor. The dog grabbed it before they could stop her. It was eating in a second and the dog drank a lot of water, and was back in the kitchen hoping for more food dropping on the floor. She would eat onions as well.
