The variety of subjects are why I keep tuning in here. The first time I checked out this OT I was dumbfounded to see grown men, sports car lovers no less, trading recipes. Now I think it's cool

I'm not saying "only eat 1000 calories per day" Because that's not good either. https://blog.thefastingmethod.com/caloric-reduction-vs-fasting-part-9/ Excerpts of the above blog post. Quote:

Just be careful when trimming around the sack area.
Yes, there is a thread here somewhere on that subject. |

Steve, that is interesting. It was about three years ago when my wife voiced what I had been thinking myself: I was carrying too much weight. I was at 210 lbs on a 6'2" frame. I have been fairly active around the place( small hobby farm) , but had recently retired from my part time job. The course was clear: cut back on the snacks of homemade cookies and muffins. I averaged a 2 lbs. drop each month over the next year and a half. I have been pretty stable since last summer at 175. I still have those cookies, but no more than 1 or 2 a day.
My doctor once asked me if I exercised, I responded, "Not on purpose." I guess throwing hay bales, cleaning stalls and lugging in wood is enough to cover my caloric intake. Best Les

^^^ Yes...activity is the answer. Sit around and it shows up soon.
I see a big diff from winter to summer...usually a 5 lb. change. Steve

On top of that, yeah, more activity. I'm sure you get plenty of unintentional exercise. I definitely don't get enough.

Maybe something like this so they don't think it's moobs, and think it's just the t-shirt giving that extra chestiy look.

There should be a moobs and diabetes care kit package complete with a doll that says things like, "you're not fat, there's just more of you to loooove" and supportive things like that when you pull its string.
