Depends, usually lunch, sometimes breakfast, don't like eating late, don't sleep as well.
Dad, my younger brother and I had made a pilgrimage to Nebraska to hunt some birds, ducks, geese, pheasant. Saw what a dog that has $2000 puppies looked like, and these were 1990s dollars. She was swimming in a river with ice floating in it, bringing back a duck, then rolling in the snow to dry off. GD dog was so smart I expected her to say something disparaging about my shooting prowess. She sure looked disappointed when the guns went off and the door did not open. Went pheasant hunting the day after that, now heated duck blind to sit in, no dog. Actually got a few, how a bird with a brain would fit in a peanut shell could be so smart is baffling. So cold I thought my face would break if I sneezed. Dad is talking some nonsense about the air smelling so crisp and clean, no hat, with me wearing all the clothes I brought with me, even the knit watch cap. I pointed out that anything that might smell had turned to ice crystals, and if we had snow to go with the wind, it would be Donner Party weather. Face survived without any part of my nose getting frost bitten, went back to John's farm to eat brunch. I was admiring the scorecard of my Uncle John with the hole in one, bracketed nicely, 8-5-1-5-8. His wife, Aunt Dorothy was a magician in the kitchen. German magic, so there is strudel, few sorts of coffecake, eggs prepared a couple ways. She had these hard boiled eggs that were encased in sausage then fried, no doubt she made the sausage, perhaps the best thing I have ever eaten. It was fantastic, had to have been a dozen different courses, any one of which would make for a good breakfast with coffee. That breakfast at John and Dorothy's place, far and away the best meal I ever had. Normally, I eat a light breakfast, which I did that morning, but then we were walking tree lines for hours. Freezing ass cold makes you hungry, it turns out.

Lunch for sure.
I don't need something heavy and starchy sitting in my stomach a few hours before bed.

Around here "Supper" is the largest meal. It's the last meal of the day.
"Dinner" is eaten at mid-day and is usually a light meal. Only snobs and city folk eat "lunch."

Dinner and lunch are the same as I get leftovers.

Dinner. Around 6:00. Modest size. Prior to that, one or two small "meals." By small I mean peanut butter toast or egg salad toast or equivalent. I am 5'8" and 160#.

I have been "intermittent fasting" since before it was a thing. Probably 12-14 years now. I don't eat anything at all until I get home from work and then I basically eat anything I want in the evenings.
I do it because I am simply not hungry during the day. Blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. is fine. I'm 6' 3" and weighed 199.8 lbs this morning. Works for me.
