Oddly enough, I had a case similar to the OP question.

Regardless of your means and methods of disposal... DON'T GET OTHER PEOPLE INVOLVED AND FFS DON'T TALK ABOUT IT.

that was Uncle Bill's problem, they did leave the bones. Too fussy. Yep, let them get hungry first.

I think he needed a better lawyer, plus feeding them to the pigs turned out to be not such a good idea after all :(
