Not sure what happened here. Clearly an off the shelf product was welded in to repair the failed OE parts?
Did they offer an OE replacement option? If so, at what cost? IF so, did you decline and choose this repair path. Did they offer a warranty on the SS parts they sold you? Is this shop a Porsche specialist?
