True Hammer. It needs to also represent the cars that fall outside the mid year box.

Why? r-gruppe rep's all of the skinny bumpers, ("non-midyear misfits" as hammer puts it) and the World Domination Plots takes it from 1978.

Zeke's suggestion was excellent.

CGruppe = Custom Group

Of course by using the term Gruppe we may seem like a bunch of copy cats. Yes/no??

Shawn, doesn't your car have parts of a 74 fromt he cancer fix? MAkes you a mid-year brother..

The mid-years and the others that are not covered by RGruppe nor SCWDP..are the modern day hot rodders..didn't RGruppe start out that way..hot rodders??? Hmm..what happen? (not ripping on anyone here).

I like the movement John!

I tried with 23230WDP, but it didn't catch..there were too many closet hot rodders and lurkers, perhaps your call to arms will inspire them to action..

I'm always gunning for an SC to dust in my hood..maybe even a 993 with an old lady behind the wheels

MY Gruppe is is good one.. hoiw about "B Gruppe" or "Gruppe B"? Sounds more like a racing class..and B stands for Bastard of courses. Modified or not ( non-mod mid-years) ...we all fit in that gruppe...
