Fast combo watched him at Reunion.
1:21, great So Cal team effort.
3 seconds faster than the 2nd 962.
This is a short track for 962s.

I always thought the Leyton House cars looked fantastic. Almost as handsome as the Löwenbräu and Rothmans cars.

I was disappointed only two were on the track. Previous Rennsports had way more then that. On a side note, I felt this Rennsport isn't what it use to be. The factory didn't bring out too many of their valued, rare race cars.

Look 171, I felt the factory did not go all out in previous years. That being said, the 962 and 956 group was 20 plus cars deep for the race. The 935 RSR group was awesome as was the 917, 906, 908, 910 race group. The 911 group was 35 plus deep

Fuel pumps?

For those uninitiated, what are the four canisters to his left in several of the cockpit views?
I’m assuming Fuel pumps, but wouldn’t think that would be an ideal location

Thanks.

Jeff

GOOGLE is my friend, I was able to find a good picture of the fuel pumps, it appears that they run a feed pump off the fuel cell to the four pumps back to the Injection system I guess they assume if the car gets hit hard enough to impact the pumps, there are bigger problems!

OK, maybe not quite that fast, but I sure had a great time. It was a fun day.
