Wish me luck . High school friend . She is way out of my league . Super attractive , and has her stuff together . We went out a few different times in our lives when I was between other relationships. Her and I were talking a little bit , right about the time when I met and started dating my wife . She later married and had a family ,but it did not work out
Ive been talking with her for a while now . She suggested we have coffee a few months back. We met once, and she had me over her place this summer, where my son was playing with her grand daughter . It seemed a tad akward , but light . We have been talking for a few months now off and on . Im always a gentleman .
She is 2 years out of a bad 10 year relationship with Chad Mcthundercock . He was also a childhood friend, and highschool hunk , that all the girls swooned over . She also dated my best bud in high school, so we should have lots to talk about.
Meeting for drinks at a friends restaurant tomorrow night .
First time I have felt anything since the passing of my wife . Ive been in a committed relationship for 27 years, widowed for 14 months .
I hope I dont spill soup in her lap !

Can only imagine what our grandchildren would be like now.

Time for an update.
Tomorrow will be date four. So far things are going well enough. Oh sure, I'd like a bit more attention, but at least he's not wanting a nurse, a purse, or a pro bono hooker.

Let me add that dating someone old is really odd. Please don't take offense by that. I'm sure he feels the same.

Soon my challenge will be myself. You know, sabotaging myself due to fear?
