Pro bono hookers and “fk buddies” absolutely exist…just not for old people, unfortunately. :(

at least he was honest.

i think a lot of men feel this way, and instead of say it out loud, they conceal it. i think there are a lot of men who want bang maids. and instead of being honest, they end up married.

this is a big reason IMO to be pro-sex work. if men stopped lying to themselves and their partners, we'd all be much happier. if you want a woman to come over, ****, and leave, thats called sex work.

There is an old saying about hookers...you are not paying them for the sex, you're paying them to leave afterwards. :)

That said, there is a huge difference between someone looking for a sex-only partner and someone looking for a relationship.

It's not only men that would like a FWB relationship, it's also women. Believe me when I tell ya:eek:

As I mentioned earlier, that depends on how friends is defined. See, women are cursed with the desire to like the guy we have sex with. I honestly believe that's completely immaterial to men.

i came up with a phrase in my mid 20s about this. "us mere muggles are doomed to have our emotions and sex bits inextricably linked"

its only immaterial to men who see women as objects to be earned or won, and thus sex as a form of external masturbation and validation. thats why the exposing question is what they think about sex work and sex workers. if they support sex work, good on them, go forth and have fun. if they dont support sex work, but just want a bang maid, thats just pure misogyny.

While I would say that in general, it's true that men can and will be pigs. However, I would disagree that desire is immaterial for males. Frankly, if there is no attraction (like or desire) males have a mechanism that just doesn't function properly..... SmileWavy

It always amuses me when some 30 year old with little life experience jumps into a thread about 60+ year old issues.

the amount of sexism is certainly greater it seems like. but otherwise, its dating. been around as long as time.

i find it funny when people who have been married for 30+ years and/or hate dating try to give advice about dating.

If that’s aimed at me, the immediate prior post, I’ll take it as a compliment and note that for the record I’m slightly north of 60.

It gets weirder yet.

Yesterday, at tennis, one of the team who is an elderly Chinese woman came over to me and looked me up and down for a while, sort of like you would if you were buying a horse, but she didn't check my teeth. Then she said "You were probably very good looking when you were younger. " LOL, I was OK then and I'm sort of OK now, just an older OK. Then she said "So you never married and had children." "You need a nice Chinese girl..."

Stereotype much?

How about this? It seems pretty much an accepted truism that size matters. Especially the size of his bank account.
