1970 Datsun 2000 (Fairlady)Lots of fun in this car:D

Hmmm... For me, it can't be too old, need to much maintenance, or heaven forbid, need a restoration! It also can't be expensive. In fact, the cheaper it is the better I like it. That logic lead me to the Miata.
Ironically, I never lowered the top on mine. I don't like convertibles.

Think about it. My hair will be dirty and full of knots. I'll be sunburned. I'll be hot, sweaty, and b*tchy. It's really not a good fit. Lol

But that was a delightful little car.

Thoughts often return to a 1965 GTO....my first new car. But it's probably my fond memories exaggerating what it really was.

Dixie, it's got to be on a cool beautiful breezy South West Fl day:D

If I like a car I don't sell it. I have too many cars, but no regrets...

Thank you! I'm blushing, but don't get me wrong. I love compliments. I simply wasn't expecting one on a car forum. ❤️

Oddly, my 2003 BMW 325i sport package with 5-speed. I've literally searched for the VIN a few times over the years. BMW was right - it was the ultimate driving machine. (And I'll never forget a date getting in it and saying "Hmph - not a 7 series?" I still curse my southern upbringing not letting me stop the date right there.)

A BMW 2002, except this time a really nice one with a manual transmission.

BMW M Z3 Coupé (Euro Spec S50B32 engine) and the 2013 Audi RS5.

I owned one of these in the 80s/90s. Dirt cheap and fun but a good example today is around $75,000!
(Rust claimed most of these long ago unfortunately)

If it hadn't sold yesterday, I would be in NY today picking up a 73 240Z. I should have taken the day off yesterday and gone down.

Just saw a clone of that at a show a couple weeks ago. Immaculate and for sale. Unfortunately, my pictures are too large to post.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699743351.pnghttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1699743874.png

914.

My first car; I bought it in HS and did a bunch of work to it. Got hit by a drunk and it was totaled otherwise I might still have it?

I keep thinking another would be fun, but I don’t drive my 911 as much as I should and don’t have garage space for a second nice car.
