Great fun online . Local Bigfoot sightings group on FB. .

If bigfoots are real, I could see them being in this area . Some people say there have been sightings in the area, and other signs . I just follow for the for entertainment value .
There was a State Park ranger that chimed in saying he found a group of men one day who looked suspicious . He initially thought they were poachers . He said he finally got it out of them that they would post online about a sighting, then go out and make fake footprints, leave hair on trees, and howl, and make wood knocks .
Bigfoot ate my homework

At least it's a harmless prank.

It takes a big foot to make crop circles.

My FIL had the best Bigfoot story I have ever heard. I hit ALL of the cliche points. It was a story about his Dad who went to comfort the widow up the hill...

I never told my FIL my between the lines (sheets?) interpretation.

It is almost funny how many people really honestly believe a 7 foot tall harry critter with giant feet live in the woods. Yet not one pile of scat, one singe hair and not one bone or corpse has ever been found. Anyone that goes into the woods will on occasion see a dead animal, but never bigfoot. And in the era of everyone having a decent camera on their phone, not one sharp photo or video of one.

That famous movie of one walking into the woods and looking over it's shoulder is confirmed a hoax by the people that did it. If I owned a motel or business next to a large forest, yea, I would be promoting bigfoot as real, just to bring people to the area and spend their money. Just like Roswell, NM for extraterrestrials or the Loch Ness area. Bring in that money.

They are interdimensional and do not exist on the same plane as we do.

And a huge part of the shtick is to make you believe they believe.

I was a chaperone at my son’s grade 7/8 camping trip last year. I secretly bought a gorilla suit and had planned to make an appearance at the camp fire…

Unfortunately my heart had other ideas and I left after supper the first day and spent 5 days in hospital…

I texted the principal about my plan from my hospital bed and he put my suit to good use when the kids were playing hide and seek tag in the dark…

I was just the right age when this episode came out. Just a great sense of wonder to the world. I appreciated the fact that colonel Austin didn’t just kill the creature - instead he unraveled the mystery.

I’m trying not to rewatch it because no way it can be as good as my fond 40 something year old memories.

Fouke Arkansas has it's own "bigfoot" - called naturally - the Fouke monster.
