Yes it was quite a surprise to the young owner after being in a leased garage for a couple of years to be told to vacate the place as it was being renovated.

So the young owner is trying to establish a new shop in a new location, presumably leased but is now being told by the City that he does not have sufficient permits. In the meantime it costs $50k to set up with new hydraulic lifts etc. He has a young family and it is coming up to no income in two months.

Fred - Those engines have the silly oil cooler in the intake valley. Wonder if that contributed if it had been cracked when changing oil?
