I may have just got a cat... A good friend of mine had to suddenly go back to China since her father had a stroke.. She dropped the cat at my place, a bag of food and a bunch of toys.. I asked how long she was going to be in China, 2-3 weeks she said.. My brother was over the other day and commented I now have a cat..
 I got the kitty what I thought was a nice comfy cat bed.. She prefers the box it came in

Sammy had one hell of an adventure...and was damned fortunate to have found you. Take some solace in that. I hope his commutes to & from college have ended...once cats have set up their territory, they seem pretty content to stay within it. I'd suggest he remain on his home turf...
