I disagree. The fact that you can see a persons FB profile gives you some insight into if that person is real or not. I find it easier to sell on FB.

How do the scams on FB Marketplace not get removed?
I've been looking for a Dewalt thickness planer and there are multiple sellers stupid cheap for new in box. When you contact them they direct you to their website where you can order with a credit card.

I’ve sold my last 6 motorcycles on Facebook marketplace. I got zero response on any of them from craigslist. Several of them to out-of-state buyers.
