Best way to become ambidextrous

tear the lower bicep tendon in your right arm, you learn pretty quickly to use your left as much as you can.

Come on over on Friday, and we can put it back together for you.

But recovery's about 4 months long.

Back in the early 60s, when I was in Catholic grade school, all you had to do was be left handed. The nuns made sure you became ambidextrous.

Going to my doctor tomorrow though I think I'm seeing a NP.

4 months is my greatest fear, forget that I'm moving next week. Bruising under the skin is a little alarming.

I've seen the latest exoskeletons for disabled people, I wish they were as common as ibuprofen right now.

Even better is to have a mother who is left handed and teaches you to do everything left handed and you find out youare rigjt handed in first grade when the teacher says, "Why don't you try writing with your right hand."

I can relate, Shaun. I'm 5.5 weeks into a 6 week cast, and then I get to begin the OT.

I'm too old for this s#irt, but I've certainly found that it's nice to have some friends that will look in from time to time.
Yes,I'm right handed.

My grandmother grew up in the 1910s and left handed was not accepted by the teachers. She had to write with her right hand. She learned to be ambidextrous. When writing a letter as an adult, she could do it left or right handed. She was a life long lefty, but passed as a right handed student.

Ouch! Sorry to see that Mike but only a few days to go, I am envious! Glad to see you're not too old to be recklessly riding your bike around in the woods, definitely have your priorities straight IMHO. Looking forward to next late spring-summer coming out again.

I shattered my right wrist about 5 years ago, I became a lefty almost overnight. Now I'm back to about 50:50.

I did it due to spinal cord damage. I do not recommend it.

I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.

Might want to grab a few packs of "wipes".

Untrained hands tend to "shmear".

I detached my left bicep at the elbow years ago. The muscle eventually reattaches, they threw some micro Molly bolts and sutured the tendon. Only drawback is I can't twist my left arm enough to read my watch. So I wear it on my right, no biggie.

Heal up Dude! Good vibes sent your way.
