I'm happy to hear you are doing much better!! Well done taking this 'shot across the bow" seriously and pushing yourself toward better health and longevity. There's a joy and satisfaction that goes with making changes that helps you get healthier, it becomes kind of addictive. If I lay off getting in a hour on my elliptical or an hour walking around my neighborhood more than a couple days I start noticing more aches, pains and overall lethargy. Then I know it's time to get active. I'm pushing myself to lift weights more often, stretch and work on my balance. It is an ongoing battle well worth fighting!
