I think if our club had a mascot, it would have to be Rolly. One of the best people I have ever had the privilege of calling a "friend".

Old photos from a couple of our Treffens. I wish I could remember what years. The first one is early enough that he hadn't put the Torque Thrusts on it yet.

My brother has known Rolly for a lot more years than I have. I see him at the Donut Derelict meet every once in a great while. He's not getting around as well as he used to so doesn't get out to that meet much now.

Rolly was one of the stand-outs during my time with the R Gruppe and beyond. I’d see him at a variety of events and he went out of my way to make me feel welcome. A great article about a great man.
