Paintwork in Southwest Florida

I'm looking for a bodyshop to some minor repair and paintwork on my 1965 Jaguar XKE.

One of Florida's advanced changed lanes and did not notice me. My issue is I am new to southern Florida, Naples area and need a quality shop.

Pelicans work your magic, any where in southern Florida.

Thanks.

Wow, that's all tire rubber? It looks like shoe polish. It might just be the photo but it looks pretty superficial...like it did not deform the metal? I would get an estimate from whomever is the top paint and body shop in Naples and then possibly try to remove the tire rubber with gentle techniques and see what you've got. After getting a check, of course.

Isn't Naples a sort of upscale area? Just call the local Porsche or Ferrari dealer and ask them who they use...that will be the best shop.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried gently buffing out. The tire left strong shadows in the paint.

I will post latest....

I haven't used them, but this place seems to always have some nice cars being worked on....close to downtown. I imagine if they are certified by Bentley they have to be pretty decent.

I did all of the cadmium plating for this Revs 906. Their paintwork is astounding. For something like the OPs Jag, Revs would be my first call to see who they recommend.

I would call Bob Sturm at GT Motorcars up here in Gainesville to either see if he can do it or get a recommendation for your area down there - he's prepped a few of the winners of Amelia Island Concours and if I had the $ would be my first stop for restoring my 356

Son finished engine work on his e36 last week, he needs to fix his windows and then I can move it into the garage ... FINALLY!

Still waffling on that awful choice of sell/keep

Thank you Paul, it's nice that I get to play all day.

I am the proud caretaker of Steve's Dad's M491 so whatever I can do to help him get his Dad's 356 back on the road, I'm there for him. I could do a ton on that car.
